Paleo Snacks for Work

A work snack has to survive a bag, need no preparation and not annoy the person at the next desk. That rules out most things and leaves a solid short list.

Tips that make these work

  • Keep a shelf-stable stash in your desk: nuts, jerky, tinned fish
  • Bring boiled eggs already peeled in a sealed container
  • Fruit that does not bruise: apples, oranges, bananas in a hard case
